1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using proai-solutions.com or any services provided by Pro AI Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. About Us
Pro AI Solutions LLC is a business automation and AI systems company at 5930 Hwy 55 E, Clover, SC 29710. We design and deploy AI agent infrastructure for small and mid-market businesses. Contact: jim@proai-solutions.com.
3. Services
We provide AI automation consulting, system design, and deployment services. Individual engagement terms are outlined in separate service agreements or proposals.
4. SMS / Text Message Terms
Users who provide a phone number and explicit consent may receive text messages. Each message type requires separate and independent consent. Messages include customer-care communications and, with consent, promotional updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in unlawful activities, unauthorized system access, harmful content transmission, or identity misrepresentation.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our AI systems.

Our liability is capped at the amounts paid for services in the preceding three months.

You agree to hold Pro AI Solutions LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
South Carolina law applies, with York County courts handling disputes.
11. Changes to Terms
Updates are posted with revised dates; continued use constitutes acceptance.
